Default Clutching for scrambler?

What is the best combo of clutching for the scrambler. I have a roller secondary but I can change it to the old one if there is better combo with stock one. They say that the roller clutch is better than the standard secondary.

The roller secordary is better them your stock one. Call Darrel at HPD and he can match a primary clutch to your ride style and terran. http://hpd-inc.com/index.htm

I run a Hotseat TEAM roller with a 54-44-40 helix with a yellow polaris primary spring and 50.5 gram weights and it does great on my 500 Scrambler. If you want a more agressive engagment you could try a brown spring with 10-56 weights. But my set up is for low engagment and fast shiftout with tons of midrange power. I have a question for you! What size of jets are in your carb and how many disc are you running on your muffler? Brad

I have all the discs and I can't remember what size of jet is in it now. I no that it is smaller than stock and that the needle is set at a different position.
