Default Washer order on carb needle?

I know that from the pointed end it goes metal washer-white plastic-circlip-metal-spring and top plastic that holds it in, here is my question, does the metal one below the white plastic washer below the clip have to be the thin metal or the thick metal or which metal one goes above the clip thin or thick metal? thanks so much guys, i have read all the posts and they just list them as metal washers on both sides never listing thin or thick and i have one thin and one thick metal washer, oh yeah by the way i have a 2002 ds 650, and i checked my cdrom and it shows different washers but doesnt specify if it is thin or thick either thanks so much

This should answer your question quite handily!

How much better can you get than that?

thanks blackhawk but i cant seen to find where it says that the thin washer goes on top of the clip or on the bottom, it lists the two washers with different part number but does not specify where they go, thanks for the diagram though

I've used the thin washer as a half clip position. Thick washer was a full clip position. If not needed, stored above clip.

but, as been pointed out by myself and others, I can't read manuals so your milage may vary.
