Default New Here...

Hey everyone! New to these forums....just found them today. Im in the hunt for a quad, which will be my 1st. I've been looking at a bunch of stuff on the internet, and definitely have some interest in a Scrambler 400. My only concern is....My friends who Id be riding with all have YYFZ 450's, 400 EX's, etc. Will a Scrambler 400 keep up?? They do all kinds of riding...trail, woods, a small "track" one of the guys has built. Just dont want to buy something and be left behind. But definitely am sold on the Auto transmission on the Scrambler. Any feedback would be great....Thanks....

All you will need is a pipe and heavier clutch spring or kit.
If its a 4x4 you will leave them behind.

welcome.

I think you'll be happy with that quad. I have basically the same thing and I've been able to keep up with the ones you mentioned in the trails. A bit lacking at the dunes, but like the others said, a few mods and you're right there. The automatic is great; really frees you up to concentrate on the trail instead of shifting.
