Welcome to the forum roger75, the last time I checked my wifes it went 32 mph, just like a lot of others. The claimed top speed is way off. I have seen some on ebay claim 50 mph, let me tell you this thing would toss you off if it ever hit 50.

Considering that you will be on a trx 125, the yamoto would probubly work out good for you. Its suspension is not the best, but the trx has none. It is a reliable quad but in colder climates people have problems with them. the carb can be a little fussy but their is plenty of help here for them. If you can turn a wrench a little I wouldnt worry. Also if you have some time to kill read This it is pretty long but has a bunch of yamoto 150 info/advice.
