Hey, anyone heard of the new sportsman 500HO having problems with the 2wd/4wd switch sticking in the 4wd? Or any other new problems?

No the 4x4 system is normally EXTREMELY reliabile

 

should not be any issues with the 2001 HO, This is the best SP yet, they adressed the steering and brake issue and that was really about the only things I hear people on here talk about. I have 1600 miles on my 2000 SP and it has needed nothing but a CV boot, that is what i get for riding on skidder trails with way to many things to stick in my SP.

 

i just bot 01 spho put 11 miles on it and the clutch stuck in turned out one roller was not installed from factory my dealer fixed it on a sunday ramp come out and stuck on steel pin that holds roller hope for no more troubles
