Does anyone know about settings on the Rancher Carb?

mine seems to be quite cold natured. Is there a needle adjustment like on other carbs?

Mine appears cold natured also. I have to use the choke for 5 minutes or so when I start it. And it hasn't been cold here in VA, either. Sometimes when the engine is luke warm I have to use the choke.
