Honda Recon 250 Problem
#1
I have a 2004 Honda Recon. Here's the history- rode for several hours one weekend. Following weekend would crank, run about 15 seconds and then die regardless of how much throttle... This past weekend dissasembled the carb, soaked in parts cleaner for about 30 minutes, blew out with compressed air. Also emptied gas tank, cleaned gas filter per maintenance manual and reassembled everything. Also replaced spark plug. After about 10 minutes of not cranking, it fired up and started the same crap again (and yes, I did put gas in it). I'm now at a loss. Any suggestions?
BTW, the carb has now been soaking in parts cleaner overnight....
Thanks,
wicrules

Thanks for the thoughts... I removed the gas cap and blew through the vent hose. Doesn't seem clogged to me. As far as float adjustment, I can't imagine it being that considering the thing is less than a year old.... never know though.
