Im looking at this for my TB. Would it be worth it and would I notice that much more of a difference over stock?

Yes you will notice a difference but, I wouldn't get a new one
There are always some on these on Ebay.
Make sure you buy one from MY1999 or earlier
The 2000 models and forward have long travel suspension and I don't think it will work.
The ones from Hot Seat are not long travel. That is why they stop a MY1999.
