Factory Foreman tires
#3
I am still using my Factory Rhino tires and other than being a bit thin they are not too bad. I been able to follow Sportsmans in the mud with aftermarket tires and not get stuck so I can not complain. They are not 589's but they are not that bad. I am just wondering how the factory Honda tires hold up and work in the real world.

If they still come with the dunlops, they are junk. They give a nice ride because they are only 2 ply, but they are horrible for resisting puncturers, plus the tread isnt all that aggressive. If you can swing the deal, have decent tires installed before taking delivery of the quad and work it into the deal. If its a forman 450 or 500 it should have 12" diameter rims so you can install a wide variety of aftermarket tires from 25" (stock) up to 27" on factory wheels and suspension with no fear in tire/fender interferance. My vote would be for a tire with a 6ply rating and 27" tall.
