Default CV Joints, are they covered ?

Anyone know if CV joints are covered under the extended warrenty, I shattered a front one climbing out of a mud hole. Thanks in advance

PS
I was in 4 wheel drive so I don't think it has anything to do with the roller cage issue.

Default CV Joints, are they covered ?

I have had a lot of people contact me for those because the dealer said it wasn't covered. It does seem to vary from dealer to dealer. They usually say it's because the boot is torn which will happen as a result of the broken joint. Go figure? PM if you need more details on this.

Thanks for the replies, I went to the dealer this morning and showed it to them. They ordered me the parts on the spot and told me not to worry it WILL be covered. Sure helps to have a good dealer
