Default Polaris 500 1999 Sportsman Running problems

Issue is Sportsman 500 starts good, runs at idle good, but about half throttle is spits back at carb, bogs down on power. I forgot to mention it does this in neutral or in gear. New carb adapter, thought it had a slight air leak, cleaned carb, main jet,low speed jet,new fuel filter, new spark plug, compression 125, etc appears to work, cross two wires at throttle and engine dies. This year looks like the reverse limiter is built into cdi, or speedo, is there some limiters in system that may be acting up referencing throttle postion? Carb atmosphere vents are clear. Running out of ideas. Also has anyone used a remote fuel tank bypassing the fuel pump to trouble shhot fuel issue. I tried a remote fuel tank bypassing filter and pump, same issue.
