I just had the RCR Stage 1 put on my 1999 Polaris Trailblazer Friday. Took it out this weekend, and all I can say is AMAZING!!!! You can't believe the difference! Hard to believe it is the same machine. Rick Ritter is a great guy to boot!. If you are thinking aftermarket upgrade, do yourself a favor and check him out. www.rittercycle.com

Thats good news Trailboss1999,
I am thinking of this mod for my wifes 2000 Trailblazer. Is it alot higher engagement, and is it much louder?
Thanks, Drew

Yes it is a higher engagement, but more than manageable. Yes it is also a bit louder, but I actually prefer the sound. Sounds a lot "sportier"

Hey scramblerDrew

I agree with trailboss ..I dont have the trailblazer. But i have the xplorer250 the same engine. And as TB said you will be amazed at the difference it makes in especially lows to mid range power!! You'll notice it most when coming out of turns and and pinning the throttle no more lag I have to deal with the extra weight of the fourwheel drive and i Really noticed the difference ,i can only imagine what it does for the trailblazer.!!Something to consider is the after the sale help of RCR (rick ritter) is nothing short of awesome Just an opinion scrambler but i think you would love the gains

Rick didn't say anything about changing jets for different weather. You may want to call him (618)644-3211 and I know he could answer your question. Yes the pipe does have any alumunium silencer on it.

yes you do change the jetting just alil...Just one jet super easy.. you would have to ask rick but i dont think that you'll have to change it for the weather conditions i hope I may be totally wrong but i dont think that the silencer is a forestry approved one but thats just my guess..But it very well could be that is something that i would like to know also

I'm pretty sure the silencer is not spark arrestor equipped. I had the pipe/silencer for my Sport, and had to add the Sparky spark arrestor after.
