What is the width of a new trail boss clutch belt? What width should the belt be replaced? I saw the dimensions somewhere online but I can't find it now.

Your machine comes stock with part # 3211077 I believe which should have a projected belt width of 1.188" (30.18mm) I'm not sure what spec they need tobe replaced though. I would suggest doing it at least once a year though.
