decompression plug or somthing

does anyone know of some kind of manual decompression set up for a raptor. i jusy got motor work done and we took out the stock decompression unit. help

pm Maddog 56, he put this compression release on his raptor

decompression plug or somthing

first time we put the new cam in the ears cracked off and we had to tear the motor down again.thought it might have had somthing to do with it.
