Well I have an '87 Fourtrax 250 and it isn't fast enough. And I need it faster. The main reason is because I ride with an 05 Vinson4x4 and an Polaris Magnum 325 4x4 and I can't keep up I also want it pretty powerful so if any of you have any advice that would be appreciated.

is that the utility or the sport? if its the utility you are sol, if its the sport you could buy a white bros pipe from www.rockymountainatv.com for $250 then a filter and rejet it. that should help out some. if you are thinking about doing any serious motor work you are better off buying a newer atv.

 

Your not going to make it as fast as either of those bikes. Either enjoy what you have (walking sucks more) or sell it for another comparable bike.

 

web camshafts makes a camshaft for it im pretty sure but you would still want an exhaust if you do that.
