needle and seat kit

Dealer would be the easiest. You can even order on line from several places like Alpha Sports. The even have an online Arctic Cat parts catalog. I usually just look up the part number and let my dealer know. If they don't have it the order it and have it in 3 or 4 days at most. Then I visit and pick it up. Its 55 miles one way for me so it's cool that they order over the phone for me.

Arctic Cat doesn't sell kits. You buy the items you need. In your case just the needle and seat as the bowl gasket is the o-ring type and is reusable. A number of the aftermarket outfits seel kits, like Moose Utility.
