Shoot, if dad is footing the bill, get a good four wheeler. It's only money.

You can't go wrong with the Recon. Its a great all around machine. I weigh 220 and it hauls me up and thru some pretty impressive stuff. This seems to be a good time to buy one, too. I am seeing several dealers sell them for $3300 plus tax. I paid $3500 for my 99! It used to be the list price was $3795. Good luck!

When I ride with my husband and some of our friends, my stock Recon pulls sport quads out of the mud and back to the truck, as well as flies longer off the jumps and lands softer than the guys with the Grizzs and the Foremans. You will be very pleased with the versatility of this machine...I've taken it to the track and had a blast with it!
