Default No Toil air filter... How often should I clean it?

I have a No Toil air filter that I put on and have ridden about 8 hours. Curious how often I should clean it?

An outerwear with the no toil, that thought never occured to me, I think I'll try it. How does the outerwear fair with the no toil oil? Does it want to get "gummed" up or anything. Does it want to stick to the filter? Just curious.

Never had any trouble with it gumming up.The outerwear doesnt stick to the no toil. I run this set up and no box with zero problems.
