what would cause the clutch handle to suddenly go stiff the problem isn't in the clutch cable. also clutch is slipping

 

wouldnt it make more sense to post in the Honda forum?!

 

If you are abusice or ride very hard it could be inn the clutch basket

clutches slip when worn out or over adjusted

is there free play in the lever/cable?

did you pull that cable off and make sure?

is the cable routed through the bike correctly?
