Wondering if anyone might have or know where I can find a wiring diagram for a 300 4x4.
Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I only have a wiring diagram for a 2001 and according to the parts database the harnesses are different. What exactly are you looking to do to the harness?

The main issue I'm having is with the gear indicators LED's not lighting up. Replacement cost nearly $100 CAN. Who ever had this AC prior to me also done some butchering to the wiring. It doesn't look tidy and a few things not working correct. She runs good but the plan is to get everything checked out and working. I'm no expert but figured I can start with a wiring diagram and see if all is correct before I waste money on swapping parts.

I'm planning to purchace the service manual (a must) which should include the diagrams. A bit pricy at the dealer (+ $70 CAN). Thought there might be someone with a diagram handy just to get me started. I'll check out ebay. Thanks.

I am pretty sure the gear indicator light wiring is the same. I upgrade my 2001 250 to have the lights (the wife loves them) and I wish I had them on my 400. If you PM me you e-mail address I will send it to you.
