Default Scrammy front end alignment...

I can tell that my right hand hub is out of alignment. It is slightly toed in and is wearing the crap out of the tires. I loosened the tie rod nut at the steering stem and it was right handed threads. The nut second nut on the tie rod that is out at the knuckle will NOT come loose. It looks to be left hand threads, but I did try both ways just for fun. I even heated the nut up with the torch and it still wouldn't come loose.

Any tips that are in the owners manual or something that I don't know? I don't have any booklet info on my new to me 2004 Scrammy.

I've got to get it aligned because I ride everyday to check my irrigation water and go down the road a lot. My tires are almost new but it's wearing one tire like crazy and it pulls to that side also if I let go of the bars. I think it was rolled by the PO, the bars or base, or whatever in there looks to be bent. My head lights point just slightly to the left when I am going strait.

No one knows how to align the front end on their Scrambler?

The outter is a LH Thread.
It tells hoew to aline it with string in the owner and service manuals.
You should have gotten a owners manual with your purchase.

I need to know if the outer nut being extremely tight is normal. I can't get the nut to loosen on mine. Both sides are extremely tight.

Of course they are tight so they don't accidently come loose. Get the proper tools and get it loose and then line your front end.

They are so tight my wrench starts to strip the nut. I use Snap-on tools and am a fairly good mechanic. I heated the nut up with the torch and still wouldn't come loose. I was just wondering if there was some sort of trick to it that was in the owners manual or something. I don't have a manual. If there isn't than nevermind, thanks anyway.
