250R Rear Brake Caliper Pistons

Besides of air pressure, what else can I use to remove the rear caliper pistons?

Just pump them out with the the fluid.Thats how I did it.Take out the pads and pump them out.If only 1 piston moves be sure to stop it before coming all the way out,then the other will move.
