Default 2005 700 EFI Problems

Can anyone help me out? I have a 700 EFI and seem to have no power in H, is this normal? If I stop in the middle of a small hill I have to put into L to get the machine to move. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Without more details, it's hard to say for sure. If the hill is steep enough you may have to use low. Low range is for steep hills, pulling, or any time you are going to do about 10mph or less. It would be similar to sitting at the bottom of a hill on your bicycle and trying to get the bike moving in the highest gear - too much straing on you. In this case it might be too much strain on the belt. If this doesn't sound right, post more of the details of the problem.

Have you checked for a clogged fuel filter? It may not be deliving the required amount of gasoline
