lt80 skid plate?

Default lt80 skid plate?

is there a aftermarket skid plate?if so please let me know.if not do you think an aluminum skid would work fine?

For "body plates", you may want to contact Hebco. They make steel and aluminum skid plates for many minis.

As another option, contact your local welding / fabrication shop. My local welder guy created a checker plate for 1/2 the cost. Probably 1/3 the cost if you include taxes and shippping. For details, surf drill down pictures with: http://community.webshots.com/album/284493780TASOxK

Default lt80 skid plate?

For skid plate material, some like plastic (sand and water riding), some like tin (for small sticks / small stones) riding and some like thick aluminum. Due to our bush / log riding, we went with the thick aluminum "checker plate". It's just ask light as thick plastic. One of the best mods we did on our mini.
