Default NEED HELP...Polaris trailblazer 250 2x4: help? :/

I recently became aware of at least one relatively serious problem with my Polaris that I am almost 100% positive came about because of two or three narly, painful crash and burns that have taken place within the last few months. Nothing too serious, but I assumed then confirmed there were some important internal components that had come disconnected and which remained out of sight out of mind until a few days ago when I dismantled my quad for a thourogh cleaning and examination. Because of the fact that I am a fairly new quad owner, I have yet to become educatecd on the internal workings and all things related to such with my quad. After removing the air filter, the intake equip. and taking a closer look at the inner workings and parts I discovered that a "Y" hosing attached by the two "top of the Y" connections to the carb. and the single endpiece leading...nowhere. Fell off where ever it may have been connected in the first place. I am almost completely positive that the hosing either is (or is related to) the oil injector system. Since there has been a gunky build up forming along the top inside of the skid plate and surrounding areas, and due to the lack of a gasoline smell, I believe it is the oil line or (if this actually does happen at some point and makes sence) where the oil and fuel meet and mix.....though I am not sure whether or not they ever mix at any point in that manner. If there is anyone out there who could help to shed some light on this situation for me, I would grately appreciate it because I am currently at a point of non-existance in terms of $ so buying a maintinence guide, owners manual, etc. or taking it to a dealership or mechanic at this time or anytime in the near future are not logical possibilities. Any help or assistance is welcomed; I have got to get that thing working...

Those are vent hoses for the carb. They only attach to the carb.

The oil pump is located under the carb on the rear of the crankcase. A small plastic hose runs from the oil pump to a fitting on the lower part of the cylinder.

It pumps the oil into the crankcase.

That Y tube attaches to the carb only. The other end hangs down under the carb and is an open vent. It has that check valve in it to help prevent stuff from going back up into the carb.

She clearly stated that she is just learning and came for help not for you to be an A-hole to her (can you say A-hole here?)
