And why would you ask us what is faster if you could just go out and race the guy?

Well the warrior can be moded to out run the 400 but its going to take some good one like maybe a 400 kit but the Z400 is a awesome quad gonna be hard to beat.

my buddy just threw alot of money in his warrior 12:1, ported, not sure on the bore size maybe a 375, and thats what he is hopeing to do beat a stock 400ex but were waiting to get mine back so we can all go to little sahara in october,

but his recent build he had a 10:75 and no porting with just a new bore nothing big and he was still getting out ran by 400ex guess well find out october...

I had a 1998 warrior that I put alot of work into. Port/polish, cam, 12:1, titanium valves and springs, etc etc...and I litterally was JUST as fast as a well running 400. Every race was a tie, so if your looking to beat one with a warrior you might need a little more engine work. It's pretty much pointless to build a warrior that far, might as well just break down and get a 400 or 450 IMO. Good luck with that though, it's fun building up engines. Hope you beat that blasted 400!
