I had them on my blaster. They weren't too bad to install, but i remember them taking a little work to put together. The U bolts weren't really the right size, or it seemed like the bars were slightly sprung and didn't meet up real well. IMO the alloy series are a lot easier to install and weigh less so they are worth the extra cash.

The steel nerf bars add alot of weight compared to the allum. ones.If it money you are trying to save checkout the TUSK nerf bars at Rocky Mountain ATV.com.Great value, great fit and stay very shiny, at a great price.

I totally agree... You can't beat the price/quality of tusks

ill go with the tusks then, i saw them but had never heard of that brand and was thinking it may be crap, they cost just as much as the steel dg when you buy the dg off denniskirk because of free shipping i wouldnt even be buying these things if i didnt just really mess up by leg/ankle. My foot sliped off the peg going around a corner and hit the ground and caught the tire and i had my leg stuck under my tire and between peg for about 20ft untill i stopped now its all mangled lucky its not broken though

I'm not real impressed with my DG alloy nerfs on my warrior- had to bend them just to get them to bolt up, and the left side rubs the tire if I turn sharp. I never heard anybody complain about the tusks- probably the way to go

well the first thing i bought for my blaster was the nerfs.. they were a lil pricy but i installed them in under an hour nets and everything. there real easy to get on all you do is put it through right over the bottom of the framd and bolt it up. never had a problem with them but yea i also heard the tusks are really good
