Please HELP ME. I just bought a used 3 wheeler from a guy and he told me that the electric starter didnt work because the battery needed to be replaced. He said that the battery was not strong enough to get enough compression. Well, it turns out the battery is good. Anyway, I can pull start the thing no problem, but when I hit the electric start it just tries turning over repeatedly. Any thoughts??? Anything will help, thanks

 

it might not be turning the engine over fast enought to make spark and that stuff
