I see photos of the new 800EFI on the web site and it shows the switch on the left hand side of the gas tank.
I can find a switch on my 2005 800 Twin EFI?

Does anyone have any info on this?

 

my 800 has no gas valve. i think all EFI's are this way with no valve. the new carb models that have a fuel gauge on the headlight pod have no reserve at all. you must rely on the gauge.

 

The efi's dont even have the shutoff? On the older models (with no digital guage) the shutoff was ON-OFF-RESERVE with three positions. Now that the quads have a digital guage with low fuel warning, it is just OFF-ON.
