500 scrambler secondary clutch

500 scrambler secondary clutch
I have a stupid questions...This morning i put my clutch kit and on the secondary sheaves theres a crap load of holes.i know they drill these holes to calibrate the clutch but when i installed my helix and springs the sheaves rotated...so the clutch isnt calibrate anymore or what?I did a test run and everything seems ok.
