Default Clutch Slipping??!!

Ok I got my bikes top end all back together last night and i took it out today to do a plug chop and the thing will rev out in one gear but keep the same rpm as i shift through the gears. It didn't do this before i got the timing right on it . Does this sound like a clutch problem or did i do something wrong while putting the rocker arm cover back on???? Maybe valves bein too tight??? Any ideas?
