I cannot get it to shift into reverse. Every other gear is fine. When trying to put it in reverse you can hear it clicking.

And is there a way to manually put it in reverse?

 

Is it pulling the cable after you push the red button and pull the brake lever? If it is I would follow the reverse cable down to where it hooks up down by the engine/ tranny, maybe it got disconnected there. You can use your emergency manual shift lever, but your reverse cable still has to be working correctly. Its mainly used in case you have electric shift trouble.
