This past week I had my first problem with my new sp800. With about 30 hours and around 300 miles the fuel gauge quit working. Took it back to the dealer and they said they would fix it no problem. Anyone else had a problem with the fuel gauge on these bikes?

 

Mine is fine, but my buddy thought his was broken. Turns out he was reading it wrong. LOL!!! He felt DUMB[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]

 

there are a few problems with all the sportsman EFI models haveing defective gas tanks. atleast it was on the 05 models, there might be a few for 06 aswell

 

I had the same problem with my 800 at about 40 hrs. When the take is full it registers two bars down. I am going to press to have it fixed even though the warranty is up

 

I have an '05 with 53 miles (6 hours) and I've not had a single problem. I hope it holds up.

 

why are you selling it?

i put 750 miles and 40 hours on my 800 without any problems other than the belt snapping at 350 miles

 

Did Polaris warranty the belt??
