what exactly does it do. i hear that its worth getting ride of. where can i get a deleate kit for it that comes with the new cap and everything.... thank for the help.

The TORS is a throttle over ride system that is suppose to prevent over reving the engine if the trottle should stick full open. Maybe a good idea, but the tors can also cause some performance problems, such as not allowing the engine to accelerate properly from idle. The cure is a T.O.R.S. eliminator kit, which replaces the stock carb cap, throttle cable, and includes idle screw. Check out www.xtremequad.com for more info. hope this helps.
