I want to make my 99 Blaster a racing quad, and dont know what parts to buy.Help me out! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

a aftermarket pipe, suspension (A-arms,Axle,Swingarm), reeds, filter,a 240 bore kit, a filter, a hot cam, nerf bars, handle bars, race cut plastics, new rims and tires(good ones) thats all i can think of

 

Blasters dont have cams.

Pipe and jets for some more power. A set of razors, 21x7x10 for the front, 20x11x9 for the rear. Then get a +1 tooth front sprocket to compensate for the shorter rear tires. If you have more money, get some douglas off set wheels {+1 inch} to widen out that blaster. These mods are somewhat low buck, and will make your blaster a new machine.

Lonestar axle
Extended Swingarm
Works/elka shocks
G3 reed system
LRD pipe/silencer(my personal favorite MASSIVE Gains)
Port/polish
30-34mm carb
banshee rear brake system to get rid of the terrible pre 03' brakes

Those mods would makem a huge difference in the ol blasty [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

um theres no cam in a blaster....... replace the work cam with porting

 

1. fmf fatty gold series header with turbine core 2 muffler
2. k&n air filter
3. bigger carb or jet kit
4. razr IIs all the way around. no larger than 20s in the back
5. reeds. v- force or rad valve
6. 4+ swing arm with new sprockets and chanin. 14 tooth in the front
7. 2+ 1+ a arms
8. banshee rear axle. its 2+ compared to stock blaster. idk what size the bearings will have to be tho.
9. vitos +5hp piston kit (3mm stroker crank if u got the abillitly to do it)
10. timing key advance
or get a 240 instead if u got the money. the +5hp kit is only 139 compared to 500 somethin
a skid plate for the back wouldnt hurt eaither... neither would rear hydro brake kit or front spindles with the disk brake set up off of a banshee eaither..... that would be one hell of a bike tho

 

get rid of the oil injecton to.... very good investment
