When I drive my 84 atc 125m on a side ways slanted ditch or grade,I hear a poping noise from the area of the hi/lo gear switch.
It almost sounds like the chain jumping a sproket tooth? I can feel the vibration in my feet when this happens.
I never worked on a hi/lo swith but I plan to take the cover off tommorow and see if anything is loose.
I'm hopeing someone will give me some info. Is their any springs or anything going to fly apart if I take off the hi/lo gear switch cover?
