Hello.

I've owned my -05 Kodiak 400 for a year now. It's my first machine. Now that I've ridden a lot, I want some more grunt! Dealer says not to bother with a performance muffler or jet kit. He said the cost isn't worth the small gain.

Any truth to this? Also, does anyone make performance parts for this engine? Clutch kit?

yeah bc-offroad.com has a clutch kit. I am thinking about getting one for mine. i just put on some overfenders, new skid plates and a k&n air filter. the k&n makes a little difference. I wouls like to find out if there is anyone who has put the clutch kit on and if it is worth it
