That is the most common. The stock chains can get really loose and when turning may be hanging up on a sprocket. Looking at the chain slack and inspecting the sprockets may show the problem.
I'd check to see if the axel nuts are loose also.

Lt80, I checked the sproket the other day and it looks like it is wearing on the flat side just below the teeth. I will ck the axle nuts and the front wheels this afternoon. Any way to tighten the chain if needed. I also read where you pm'ed some one instructions on removing a couple of clutch rollers, could you be so kind to send me the instructions also. Can you send me some prices on getting a motor built?
