Tom is there a reason you need a big bore kit. Let lt80 do is magic. Let him port your cylinder, clutch mod.,and reed cage mod.. Then if you need more put on a trinity pipe. I have a lt80 motor and it runs great. My kid just getting use to the power.

Ok, the Problem is, I am from germany. In germany I found only a FMF pipe nothing else for this quad. What do you think about a FMF pipe ?
Porting this cylinder costs about 500 - 700 $ e.g. a complet porting with flowbench for a yfz 450 costs about 1200 - 1300 $.
In germany are quad parts very expennsive.
So I heard from a ig bore kit for the LT 80 and this way is much cheaper for me.

What is the clutch mod and reed cage mod ? I hope you can explain me, please ?

Your off on the porting costs. You can get a complete motor kit for what you think a ported cylinder would cost.

As far a the big bore,,you need to get a 54mm piston from LA Sleeve Co.(or a LA Sleeve supplier) and bore your cylinder out. You do not need the big bore "kit".

Removing 2 of the front rollers is all the clutch mods I can recommend for a stock machine.

FMF:: The stock pipe will work as well.
