stalling

Default stalling

i got a question for you guys maybe you can help me out. i was plowing lastnight for about 6 hours and had high beams and a dual strobe going about a half hour before i stopped everytime i went to raise the winch the lights would dim more than usual and the panel lights would dim and the quad would pop and almost stall i unplugged the light and it seemed to be fine was it a overload? thanks

Sure sounds like the charging system wasn't up to keeping the battery charged and running all the lights, etc. The charging system only puts out 340 Watts at 5000 rpms or only about 20 amps. You might try using a lower gear to keep the engine revs higher so the system charges more.
