Somebody I know is getting a 366 big bore for their warrior. I was wondering how that would compare to a stock 400ex.

JUST bored.. the 400 will still beat it.. but if we are talking a 366 camed no airbox with an HMF we are talking about some 400ex's (stock) with some sorry owners.

Hes getting it bored out and it has an hmf pipe, k&n filter and jet kit. No I do not think it will out run a stock 400ex

The 366 doesn't make a big difference, but most 366 kits are a high compression piston also. I'd say the 366, hmf, and k&n with a removed airbox lid would make it a close race. I don't know if the warrior would win, but it would give the honda a run for it's money

If he's getting the JE 366 kit, then, yes I think he will be able to beat a 400ex fairly easily.
