WHATS YOUR OPINON ON PAINTING THE PLASTIC'S?
#2
Pleasure: I have helped a few people on this topic before.. Yes quad plastic can be painted AND hold up well..... Do you know anyone that does bodywork or owns a bodyshop? If you do I would suggest that you take it to them. It is NOT cheap to buy all of the tools and supplies that you will need to prep and spray the plastic. The trick to getting the paint to stick is ALL in the prep work!! It takes time and patience. If you have all of the tools and some of the supplies then let me know and I will walk you through as much as I can. I only know of 2(maybe 3) automotive paint lines out there that have a plastic system that ACTUALLY works. (I am a paint rep for a major automotive paint line)
If you havent seen it before on the net, here it is again to show you that plastic can be painted

If you go to my site you can also check out pictures of my rebuild(yes it had white plastic)
Good luck
