Anyone brave enough to head to the dunes on Mothers Day weekend? Believe it or not, we got the OK. We're going to be there Friday the 12th thru Sunday...Sunday I think is the Mt. Baldy hillclimbs as well. We'll have 2 Ds's a Predator and maybe a Z400.

 

i will have to ask my mom but i really would like to go so if i end up going i will be on a white 660 raptor. and what is that about the mt. baldy hil climbs

 

Sure would like to be there, but can't make promises.

 

Any of you Michiganders been to the dunes this year?? Just curious if the drag area is under water like it has been in the past few years???

 

My mom would kick my a$$ if I went riding on mothers day! She may be 60 but she has a hell of a right cross, and cusses like a sailor.LOL[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

No water.Ill be on the other side of the state.Riding trails.

 

Our group went two weeks ago and there was no water by the drag area, it was wet sand, but no standing water. It was smooth too, not the usual whoops at the end, although I am sure it will change as the season goes on. Also there is a speed limit on the beach now, 25mph, all of the water is gone there too and they grated it, good wheelie spot now. Test hill is effed up, it plateus at the top and there are huge craters everywhere, like an obstacle course, hopefully it smooths out. We are going back the 18th for 4 days, should be a blast.
