Default Increasing Dinli clutch engagement RPM

I am looking to increase the engagement RPM on my kids diamondback 90. It is not for racing, and i am not looking for more speed ect. just looking to raise the engagement rpm so that when she is stuck in a rut or something the engine will actually pull it up out. Can anyone tell me what the engagement RPM is stock? Any suggestions on the best way to raise teh RPM and how much works good for trail riding?

I'd try taking one or two rollers out. See if that's the result you want and then order a lighter set of rollers (probably 5.5-6.0 grams) if you like it. You can always mix and match with the stockers to tune it where you like it.

Call Sims racing and he can hook you up with what you need, www.maximumrpm.com has all kinds of kits for these, can also check them out.

Sims hooked me up with a kit and I love the little 90 now, it is way fun. My buddys kid has a Polaris 200 and the Dinli smokes it.

Sometimes they are hard to get ahold off. Did you leave a message, they are usually great at getting back to you. Or I've always had good luck.

Yo FRO, check out my pictures in my page. I have some pics off the diamond back setup. I did change my rollers to 5 grms I think but also had to change a few springs. Thing grabs hard at 1500 rpms, great for dirt but still want to get some 2K srpings and weights for the sand.

I thought something must be going on since the phone just kept ringing, no answering machine or anything. It is not going to kill me to wait, it's not like I have to have it tommorow. I'll give you a call sometime this week.
