Hey Rango. You and I bought the same atv within weeks of each other. Knock on wood, I haven't had nearly the amount of issues you've had and I've put ridin about 300 miles. The issues I've had due to rider errors (new sport for me). Maybe the dealer can get you a new bike under a "lemon law?" Don't know if that applies to ATVs, but it works for cars.

I would suggest you contact Arctic Cat about your problem.

Arctic Cat Phone numbers and E-mail

1-218-681-4999 or 1-218-681-9799, one of the numbers only works once in a while. The other will work all the time but I forgot which is which. The email is: consumeraffairs@arcticcatinc.com
I would email them and tell them the whole story of your problems. They should handle it, maybe even called your dealer or find you a new dealer.

well i heard back from the dealer today and they contacted arctic cat about the issue and evidentally there is too much play in the front driveshaft were it enters the diff so it is causing too much movement in the gears as well as the axle and it is blowing the seal so arctic cat said to replace it all this better be the end of my troubles or i will be looking for a new bike
