I just got finished putting on a new pipe and rejetting. My problem is when i turn the fuel on it runs out of the overflow. Is there an ajustment to make inside the carb or what? The overflow screw is brand new, not stripped or anything. I dont know what the problem could be....

 

Either the plastic float is stuck somehow..or the metal clip on it is bent and not shutting the valve off when it rises..or that valve (not sure it's name) is stuck
