haha...i'm not tryin to start a big argument here...but I got a '03 banshee with FMF gold series exhaust...open air box...K&N filter...Boyesen power reeds...valves....and wiseco pistons... I was wondering how i'd do against my buddies rappy 700. I'm 215, 6ft. and he's bout 120, 5ft 5in. I'm the better rider...and he's pretty small and probly less experienced....and his quad is bone stock...He wants to race me in a few weeks, but i gotta get my casts off first...cuz i broke both arms a while back lol...but i'm juss tryin to seek out info on how u think i'd do best outta three on pavement and racing probly 500ft drags...peece.

 

I think youll do quite well. You should be pretty close. If you were ported, id say youd win for sure.

The 700 has alot of torque, but the Banshee has better top end. In your experienced hands, and the 700 corked up the Banshee may win, but not by alot.

Ive taken my 700 against Banshees with pipes\intake\rejet, and killed em. When i go against the ported ones with 34-35 mm carbs, its my front tire on their back tire.
