Do you need to reshim the cam or is it a direct swap? Anything else I need to know to install it? I am a mechanic by trade so tools are no problem. Thanks to all that can help....

I didn't have to shim my cam when I installed the HRC Kit on my '06 and my friend didn't have to either on his '06. But, every quad is different and maybe we just got lucky.

 

Hey let us know if you run into any obstacles. I am getting a HRC Kit here in the near future and would like to install it myself. Also, let us know how you like it. I have heard it is definitely a must-have! I have heard that really good instructions come with the kit. Later-
