Default Chain wrapped around front sprocket 300L 2X4

My chain wrapped around the front sprocket of my Polaris 93-95 300L 2X4 2-Cycle 3 times!
Any ideas how to remove it?
Thanks

You should be able to remove the chain gaurd and then be able to remove the sprocket.
Hope this helps. I used to have a 94 300 4x4 I had close to 7000 miles on it when I sold it.

I think I will have to pop the sprocket off the get to it, unfortunately the chain
seems to be lodged in the crank case. So now I will have to get
the crankcase welded, or maybe buy a new one!

Has anyone had to pull a crank case? Is that a 12 hour Job?

Can I use regular roller chain, or is it important to buy ATV
chain?
