You should be able to remove the chain gaurd and then be able to remove the sprocket.
Hope this helps. I used to have a 94 300 4x4 I had close to 7000 miles on it when I sold it.

I think I will have to pop the sprocket off the get to it, unfortunately the chain
seems to be lodged in the crank case. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] So now I will have to get
the crankcase welded, or maybe buy a new one!
Has anyone had to pull a crank case? Is that a 12 hour Job?
Can I use regular roller chain, or is it important to buy ATV
chain?
