stock Nerf Bars and Skid Plates - interfere with each other?

stock Nerf Bars and Skid Plates - interfere with each other?
I have ordered a full set of Kawasaki aluminum skid plates for my 2006 KFX400. If I put the Suzuki Z400 stock nerf bar kit on it, will the skid plates interfere with the mounting of the nerf bars? Thanks to anyone who can help!
